About

Jody Petzoldt, MA, LPC, CFRC

A woman with short brown hair, glasses, and a white shirt is smiling at the camera.

I am honored to hold sacred space for you and understand the challenges to mental wellness for military, law enforcement, fire, ems, dispatch, corrections, healthcare, etc. You might have even struggled to reach out just to get to here, so thank you!

I started my career in 2011 and became trauma focused in 2016. In 2020 I was unveiled and called to a new mission, to serve those who serve others. My own transformation from pain to purpose has lead to the development of Integrity Counseling in 2025.

With training in evidence based trauma recovery therapies, we can use your mind, body, and souls own ability to heal and reprocess through natural calming techniques.

I am passionate about walking others through suffering and journeying to wholeness.

Authentic Approach, Competent Care

As a trauma therapist, I value the daily care of mind, body, and soul so that we are equipped for the call to serve others.

I balance out my work with things like serving on my church’s safety team, going to the shooting range, and being present with my husband, three kids, and two dogs.

Ready to learn how you can become free from pain of the past, establish balance, and create connections?
