Online Therapy for Individuals and Couples
Specialized and experienced in trauma recovery and addressing symptoms of anxiety, depression, addiction, divorce, ptsd, and suicidal thoughts.
As a certified first responder counselor, I understand the unique barriers and needs of the frontline culture. Your vulnerability will be met with compassion, not judgement or shame.I am trained in both EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy so that we can heal quicker, adapt faster, and be equipped for the next call.
Mental Health Check-ins and Critical Incident Debriefings
Offering mental Health check ins for first responders that are confidential wellness visits to discuss stress management, resources, and balance. These are not assessments or fit for duty evaluations. The focus is prevention, reducing stigma, and connecting responders to a trained professional.
Trained in critical incident stress management, I am able to provide individual debriefings after trauma exposure within a short time frame to reduce risk of post traumatic stress disorder from unprocessed experiences.
